A soothing smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruit, peeled
  • 2 cups mango pieces
  • 1 2.5 cm of fresh ginger
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of ground cayenne

Method

Process the grapefruit and mango, ginger, and carrots in your juicer. Stir in the turmeric and cayenne. Drink up!
